Free software download available here.ĬyberPower will repair or replace a defective UPS system (including batteries) within three years of the purchase date. This software offers remote management functionality. Provides IT professionals with tools for monitoring and managing the UPS and backup power. ENERGY STAR is the trusted, government-backed symbol for energy-efficient products and practices that help save money and protect the environment.Ī patented design that allows utility power to bypass the UPS transformer, when AC power is stable, which reduces energy consumption, noise, and heat buildup. This model is an ENERGY STAR® certified Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. Provides a manufactured waveform output to supply cost-effective battery backup power for equipment that does not require sine wave output. Prevents power surges that travel through Ethernet lines from causing damage to electronics.Įxists when a line interactive UPS has an autotransformer that regulates low voltages (e.g., brownouts) and over voltages (e.g., spikes) without having to switch to battery. Helps prevent loss of data and minimizes the component stress caused by a hard shutdown.ĭiverts excess voltage away from sensitive electronic equipment during an AC power surge or power spike to prevent damage.ĪVR increases the AC power and maintains a safe voltage level without switching to battery mode and conserving battery life.ĭisplays immediate, detailed information on the UPS battery and power conditions, alerting users to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime. Supplies power long enough for equipment to properly shut down when utility power fails. The OR700LCDRM1U comes with a three-year warranty and a $300,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee. AVR is essential in areas where power fluctuations occur frequently. ![]() The OR700LCDRM1U uses Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to correct minor power fluctuations without switching to battery power, which extends battery life. I am thinking it is no longer a battery issue or rather my UPS might be the issue.A rackmount UPS with line interactive topology, the CyberPower Smart App LCD OR700LCDRM1U provides battery backup (using simulated sine wave output) and surge protection for department servers, workgroup servers, workstations, network devices, and telecom installations without active PFC power supplies. Once again, I turned the UPS off so I can move to a different wall outlet to see if that make a difference, when I turned the UPS back on it showed only 7% battery left. After 16 hours later, it only went up by 10% and it won’t charge up above 60% after that another 6 hours. ![]() I put my 2nd new battery to put in my UPS, the first time I turn on the unit it showed 74% battery follow after that I turned it off and turned it back on again it showed 49% battery, this time I let the battery charge up. A few days later, the new battery was completely dead, I assumed I just got a faulty or old battery so I bought another. ![]() I replaced it with a new battery as I turned the UPS back on it has about 70% charge so I assumed everything should be working now it just needs to fully charge the battery. I have Cyberpower UPS, I had the battery replaced about 6 years ago recently the battery was completely dead so I figure it is time to buy a new battery.
